OUR MISSION

Our Mission, simply stated, is to change the way individuals view, and understand, Roth conversion strategies.  The overwhelming perception over the years has been that Roth conversions are merely a tax play with the end result, hopefully, being reduced taxes in the long run.  While Roth conversions usually do result in a lower overall tax liability, the reduction in taxes most often contributes the least financial benefit of a full Roth conversion plan.  What largely has been over-looked through the years is the "true financial value" of a conversion plan.  Understanding that there are multiple factors that contribute to the overall financial benefit of a Roth conversion, any given situation needs to be analyzed in isolation in order to identify and quantify these value markers.  Once properly modeled, the true overall value of a conversion plan is most often shown to be wealth creation, not tax reduction...hence our tag line "Wealth Creation through Taxation".  Only then can the real overall value be understood allowing individuals to make a more informed decision on whether to proceed with a Roth conversion plan.

The founder of Integrated Roth Solutions, the developers of RothAware, Mark W. Koehler, JD/CPA, has over 30 years of experience working with clients with a heavy emphasis on tax planning.  Since 2010, when the income cap was lifted for Roth conversions, he has been heavily focused on conversion planning.  Although those he counseled over the years since understood the beneficial discussion points related to a conversion, there were still many who were hesitant to pay the conversion tax without having a clearer, more definitive, vision of the targeted results.  He then set out to collaborate with others to develop RothAware, our proprietary Roth conversion software platform which was created out of necessity.  RothAware isolates and defines the true value elements of a Roth conversion plan for any given taxpayer giving them more defined results and changing the Roth conversion discussion from a tax play to one of wealth creation.

Our primary goal is to assist individuals in raising the awareness of the wealth creation aspect of a Roth conversion plan.  We believe that financial professionals have a fiduciary duty to advise and counsel on matters most beneficial to their clients.  Understanding that clients engage financial professionals and advisors with a certain level of expectation of creating wealth, advisors should take advantage of all wealth creation opportunities which reasonably fit within a client's risk tolerance framework; however, unfortunately, most advisors fail to present these Roth conversion opportunities.  Roth conversion planning provides a wealth creation platform which has extremely minimal risk...and one that provides a return on the tax dollars paid...not tax dollars saved.    RothAware was developed just for that purpose...to assist individuals in understanding, in isolation, the incredible wealth creation benefits a Roth conversion strategy provides.
